Sadly, this equality war will never truly be over. There are faults to be expressed with all involved and I can understand your point. Your poem is good and other than where a couple of commas could go I think you did a good job. Keep on Writing.
This is a first for me. Not giving a review but giving a 5 as a rating. Even with my untrained eye, I always see something that could be changed, but with this poem it is written perfectly. I see no problems and I agree entirely with the message you send out with this poem. You definitely have a gift because I have read some of your other work. Keep on writing.
Very entertaining. A different viewpoint on what happens in the jungle. You can't help but wonder if animals could talk if it would really be like this. The chimps remind me of how people relish in trying to get the best of someone just because they don't like something the person said. Human like and well written.
Moira sounds like she has a problem. I don't know if I could be around someone alot who complained about eveerything. I know that most people have a few pet peeves but to have so many makes you wonder on the condition of Moira's psych. There is always going to be things some people aren't going to like but people get over it. Moira seemed to like burdening herself down and in turn drove her friend away. Maybe you could name this, Too Much. Great story.
Very thought provoking. I seem to see one who looks into a mirror and see not one who is in love but one who was and then romance is gone and without the shine of love the reflection has gotten dimmer. Also even without love this person hasn't gotten down in the dumps but seems to revel in the fact that their heart is still in one piece and appreciates that. Poetry isn't exactly my forte but I really like how this poem flows and tells a story. Great job.
