I like this poem. I head up a meeting called Overcomers in Christ. It is a Christian 12 step meeting. Can I have permission to share your poem with them?
There are some spelling and grammatical errors in your piece but you have an excellent message. I was actually discriminated in my Freshman English class for writing a paper on the subject of separation of church and state. I was an A student but my teacher threatened to flunk me in the class because she did not like the political stance I had taken in one of the papers I wrote. I had to take her to an administrative review to get the whole mess sorted out. It was at that time I wrote a poem called Ain't You All Glad We Got Free Speech which you can read in my portfolio if you want to. Keep writing and keep loving Jesus.
