I really enjoyed this poem, it was beautifully written. My favorite stanzas were "The once bright sun fades to a pale citrine, dimming the colors of the scene portrayed, ‘til only memory holds summer’s green" It reminded me that in contrast to winter, summer does seem like everything is brighter and more vibrant.
I greatly enjoyed this thoughtful piece of writing. It was fascinating in its complexity,yet somehow easily understandable and relatable.I appreciated how you likened peoples' actions to a pen, which has more permanence to it than a pencil. I also liked how you stated that people sometimes choose to erase certain actions from their thoughts, showing the contrast between their actions and their minds.

This was an amazing twist to take on Mary had a little lamb. It really brought a feeling of dark humor and horror to the poem. Each stanza seems cleverly crafted, making twists to the original tale. I loved the ending line as well, and felt it was a great way to close the poem, leaving the feeling of suspense and something more.

I loved how you created a piece that kind of merged reality with fantasy. It was really cool. I think the line I most appreciated from this piece was "tenacity of purple rage in a half inch square" it really brought out the theme of the poem
