This story was a wild ride and a fascinating look into the mind of this character. There was an interesting conflict of feelings reading this as I sympathized and wanted this character to be noticed or make a friend but watching the way he went about it and the consequences provided almost a tragic touch to it. I quite enjoyed it. Well done.
I'm not sure I could really follow this very well. I think I'd be able to decipher the point better if it were restructured a bit. I can tell there's something deep in there trying to get out.
I can relate to his piece very much. I recently went to the neighborhood I grew up and it was a much more somber experience than I anticipated. You've laid out a lot of my same thoughts here.

This was a gripping and haunting read. I've had similar instances in my life and it just takes one moment of uncertain terror to get you looking over your shoulder from then on. Very well written.
