Interesting, I assume this is about eating, one of my favorite pastimes. I'm not one for poetry because most of it is not very good. If it doesn't rhyme its not poetry in my opinion. So I really like this. It flowed quite nicely up until the 6th stanza. In my opinion line 22 seems a little awkward, the rhythm changed it seemed to me because of the 'it'. I feel like I've seen this in poetry before but I don't like it. Line 23 "We think its great" I don't like this because the rest of the poem is in a more sophisticated tone and then this just seems plain. You use words like "thee" and "thy" and "wanderlust" and then you say "we think its great" like a normal conversation not like you just said something as profound as "when souls connect". If it were me I would try to come up with something better than "we think" but that's just me. Other than that I really love this poem, keep it up.
