I loved your poem, it really touches on the innocence we all start with. It's straight forward style really let's you know just what the words mean. What I would suggest is to elaborate a little more emphasizing the emotion, and contrasting the two worlds of innocence and the world's dangers. The use of repeating words really ties it all together, and concretes the idea within the readers mind.
