This poem includes in it not only a "thought" and a heap of letters, but also a great deal of private feelings and sense. Derived, as I understand, from the private life experience.
Because of it I can not write "review" simply regarding good and bad sides. I can not leave without answer what you said. What about poem itself - I feel it could be better, but I am not sure in which way. There are no obvious reason to give a simple advice. However it is well done and very sensitive.
Now to the friends...
Our friends - you know - they fill our life with interest, with joy, with sense - that is why we are so glad to them and so bored and lost when they are not with us. Sometimes such bad thing as losing of a good friend appeared to us (I wish to anybody that would never come) - and usually after that we fell more strongly what really we lost. Some people (and other matters) could be assessed properly when they gone.
But should we always be sorrowful now? Why! Our friends are to give us joy, not sorrow. They do that while they could. Now we should remember all good we gain from them and laugh and feel happy for all that good things, and that friendship at all happens to us. Let us thank our friends for all they give to us while they are with us, and let us thank them the same way when they are gone.
Let us hope they thank us too.
