Great short story, definitely a surprise ending. If any criticism is develop the aliens a little more as physical beings in such a way as to not give way to their identity. I was definitely surprised at the ending, and wish I could write that well! The short story has a lot of great characteristics of classic Rod Sterling material.
This is a good short story, the characters could use some development and the wording could be restructured for a more dramatic ending. Overall the plot line is amazing and can see potential after some polishing for this story to be even better! This story reminds me of the movie K-Pax in some aspects which this story reminds me of.

The scenery is amazing in this poem, one suggestion would be better describe the scenes maybe an adjective here or there to liven up, otherwise this poem brings the sea and the cottage into my mind. My favorite lines involve carols on the radio, and wood smoke. Good poem

Very strong poem, love the use of many unique words. You know your way around a thesaurus, this poem brings up strong emotions of an ambulance we all see them on the roads and know the power of their colors, and alarms, this poem brings a different level of emotion than sight and sound.
Good flash fiction, it incorporates alot of different sci fi aspects that are common. Even if they are common you have done an exceptional job incorporating them into the plot. It gives enough titles and ideas to let the reader develop it further in their own mind. Great story!
This is a through and well-written, as a media major in college the research on city dwellers seeing over 5000 marketing messages a day, this is true, there is hardly any point we are not swimming in media. This research has alot more implications and can be further researched.

This short story is amazing, the use of language, verbs, descriptions kept me addicted the whole time. After a little spot research Gahen is Cornish for Black Henbrane, which is a plant so keeping very true to the whole theme the names also tie in nicely. Great story.
