I loved this story! There wasn't a single sentence that didn't captivate me in some way. Everything flowed very nicely. Other then a few spelling mistakes, it would easily get 5 stars! I am inspired by this story. And I think I will put a few of these lessons to heart. I hope you continue writing it. I think it would make a good short story. Without a doubt!
I loved this! That's really all I have to say. I don't think I would change a thing. I like your style of writing. The ten year old sounds believable, and her observations of the world around her seems to fit. :D
I feel like I am listening in on a conversation over the phone. But in the same sense, I feel like I am listening in on a conversation where I should know what the other person is saying, like two people sitting at a table instead of over the phone. Very interesting. I don't know if I understand whats going on here. Maybe an explanation from the author?
