Very good poem about love. The title could be better though. It doesn't exactly fit the poem.
The lines could also be paragraphed but they are fine as they are. The last line can be shifted before the second last line because the second last line has more meaning and delivery and a tone of finality.
Write on!

Very good but could use more paragraphs. The feeling of sadness does not seep in completely because it is too short. A few more paragraphs would do the trick.

Very nice poem. I would like to read more.
