What it is like to have love and trust then to have just lost it.
Song after song tells of what she feels;
And wants of love.
For the longest time it seemed unreal;
She had found it.

She believed he'd never be like the rest;
Of the guys in her past.
Once again her judge of character wasn't best;
Or even close to it.

Heartbroken; no explanation; the past goes on;
Never truly falling behind.
Her heart had her mind thinking that they share a bond;
Of bloodstains and tears.

Cry alone in your bed; cry alone in your head;
No one see either one.
They both have been through this; been mislead;
So he'd never be one to do it.

Another mark in her heart.
Another scar makes her fall apart.
She's sorry she won't see another day.
She's sorry he never wanted her to stay.

Close eyes; recall his voice as the tears;
Run through the lashes.
Words are lost unlike her utter fear;
Of being alone, forever.

She really thought they were the same;
Two hearts of a kind.
Now she see how stupid and lame;
He really thought she was.
