Our society often forgets about its most important members: children. This is a poem.
She walks to school,
Her lunch bag in hand,
Her legs are so beaten,
She can hardly stand.

They all ignore,
The pain in her eyes,
When asked about her bruises,
She only lies.

Nobody cares,
To find out the truth,
Maybe thats why,
The abused are the youth.

Two weeks later,
In the graveyard on a rock,
her name and a message is written,
she's the one the world forgot.
