Not my best work, but a short poem about life. Expect a revision.
When I was a child,
I dreamed of this day,
When I would grow up,
And do things my way.

If only I’d known,
What I know today,
I’d wish to stay young,
Not wish life away.

But life comes and goes,
And we all grow up.
And nobody knows,
Where we wil end up.

So take my advice,
And live life today.
Don’t waste it on dreams,
Or wish it away.
