Appealing to my sister, trying to get her to stop hurting herself & my mother as I used to
Twist the vein and watch it burst
It bleeds so innocent and sweet
First time bleeder, long time needer
Come in and join my dirty church
Deify your desecrated skin
The purest of impurities

Sun goes down, night spreads wide
Dawn comes, and tears rise with the sun
A rose-pink heart clutches at your arm
“What’s this? What did you do?
How could you do this?”
Feline lies and barbed wire sugar

The story reaches to their eyes
Squeezes out the chained up tears
3 lettered questions litter the floor
Beside your poisoned pages
Do you realize they're weeping now?
Or are yours the only cries you hear?
