A poem of a troubled life.
My Soul Divides

As I look into my past,
I see what was first and last,
Even the light of my future is dim,
My chances of survival now growing slim...

My soul is weary and tired of pain,
It seemed I would be better if I were slain,
I feel a darkness overrunning me,
Deep enough that no person can see...

I am bleeding in my heart,
And I with my rememberance being tart,
A sanctum within heaven secures my soul,
A hope of remembering me as a foal...

My soul is now divided and lost,
I have left with no extra cost,
I'd thank anyone to let me live once more,
But now I have a soul that is bent and torn...
