letting go of the past.


Wild and free


Wild and free is what this
heart will always be, for the
whole world to see.

Never shall it ever again be caught
within the darkness of my past that
once held and consumed me.

I will now look gladly forward to
what may lie ahead and never
look back on what might have been.
