Just something I wrote when I was feeling alone.
Alone I sit


Alone I sit
silently as I cry wishing
that this pain inside would die.

And as I sat
a voice called out as if
trying to ease my mind.

It whispered to me soft and sweet
Hon one day you're going to be fine.

As I heard this I held my head up high
and wiped the tears from my eyes.

Alone here I still sit
but with my angel now by my side.
