Conflicting emotions. Old ball and chain + new exciting love = me loosing two testicles.
I don't know why I can't keep pace
I'm just not built to win this race
Stumbling bumbling, I can't loose face
But I always land in second place.

I'd give it all up for just one win
Once through the ribbon, one little sin
But I'm held down, and it starts to wear thin
Though even when it's over, it'll only just begin.

So the winners have left and I'm all by myself
My appology stored-neatly, on a dusty glass shelf
I forgot that I'm chained and I forget that I'm held
But one thing I'll remember, is to remember one's self.
