Story of warriors sent to fight a war that they were designed for but dont want to fight.
The Moon is further away than it ever has been,
We all sit on this metal death trap weary and unseen,
Moving slowly towards the red death that awaits our coming,
And we have no choice but to fight or turn for hope of running,

Death is red and far away,
This is human rights we look for,
And now we stay,
Our planet no place for war,

Metal meets earth and dust fly’s up to the stars,
Bullets meet skin and blood is spilt,
Already so many have died and had life’s scared,
But this foe will know no fear, no death, no guilt,

Death is red and far away,
This is human rights we look for,
And now we stay,
Our planet no place for war,

Dusty dents in which we sit praying to live,
As bullets fly over head, fleet commences,
The alien foe was known to be adaptive,
And finally broken are the defences,

Liberated, the planet still left in ruin,
Scars of the battle lie all over the landscape,
Now the commanders asked to be clued in,
On the battle they sat back and watched us win,

Death is red and far away,
This is human rights we look for,
And now we stay,
Our planet no place for war,

The Moon is further away than it ever has been,
