The journey to self realization
IN THE NIGHT

Awakening,
I arise.
Alone,
I stumble through the maze of darkness.
Searching,
Searching for that which is gone.
Seeking an unknown path.
Trembling,
Not fear,
No,
It is an emotion much stronger than that.
Anticipating,
Something which has been missing for so long.
Reaching,
For the light which I can no longer find.
Until,
At last,
I reach my destination.
