This is a poem about keeping emotions bottled up inside. Enjoy!
Memories

I ravel in my sleep, listen as I weep;
remember memories that I,
only I could keep.
Overtures run through my mind,
whisper haunting memories;
from the abyss and all through time,
no one else remembers these.
These fears, desires, and feelings I
had before the end of time.
My heart will stop.
My soul will chime.
Please bring an end to these, these lies.
Lies I use to cover up
my true emotions underneath,
that sometimes always want to sneak
up my arms and through the week.
Solitaire, my favorite game,
in solitude I stay the same.
While I change, I always change
from day to passing day.
