My feelings about a friends husbands funeral
THE FUNERAL

I have just watched a friend of mine go through grief it was hurting the poor lady beyond belief.

When a loved one dies it will surely renew all family ties.

Everyone takes sorrow in different ways, some cry and some live for tomorrow.

As I go to wipe away a tear it enters my thoughts with untold fear.

None of us are exempt from death I am sad to say as we will all take our last breath one fine day.

I heard a lady at the graveside say, life is for living and always try to be forgiving.

So we leave the graveside, the body still not cold for he will never ever grow old, but through his children his life story will continue to be told.
