A heartfelt poem dedicated to Native Americans
A Dreamcatcher sig gifted to me.

Each day a tear is shed for what my people lost
Swear I’ll make the whites pay no matter what the cost
I weep for the loss of our lands and a nation’s dignity
Weep for broken promises and the loss of this Indian’s dream

Many moons have passed, the sun comes and goes each day
Still I feel resentment because my people were treated this way
A heritage stolen from us, it was annihilation by any means
Gone are all of the buffalo and the loss of a people’s dream

Indian spirit discarded much as the trash you see today
An Indian’s dream was conquered, this is the white man’s way
Treaties were ignored and peace could not be obtained
Another battle to be realized is the dream of this Indian

This sig is positively awesome!!!
