the choices we are faced with along the way
CHOICES

To be given the choice
of which road to take
to follow others as if taught to do so
or to make your own road as you go along

Full of holes in the road
and expectations to meet
unable to read ones mind
our road disappears from beneath us

With no self direction
we find ourselves back where we started
with the choice of which road to take
we choose to make it up as we go along
