A recollection of my wasted years.
Wasted Years

The world became sepia;
Rose and white with morning fatigue.
Darkened clouds burst into flame.
The sun shattered to rain.
Bows and arrows pierced the lake.

Righteous ventured forth.
Lily vines grew upon waves.
Corrupted priests crossed graves.
Mavericks gathered at the stocks,
Drunken with chance and sober with fear.

Now YOU recall YOUR wasted years.
