It describes a leaf falling
It reaches the ground with a soft scrape
Resting
Resting
Resting
All of the sudden
The wind picks up!

Drifting across the autumn sky
It falls again

Many brothers and sisters
Being disturbed and pushed together

But he strays away
And is picked up by the wind

Tossing
Turning
Turmoil

The sharp bitter wind
Cuts at him

Crumbling his soft body
When he lands

A rush of cold air but
He is stationary

With a subtle crunch
The leafs story is over
