A poem about surviving the death of a loved one
Alone inside this Pantheon;
Too weak to step aside.
My eyes paint images of you
Upon the canvas of my mind.

Formed from thought
And devoid of matter
Where careless words
Destroy and shatter.

Alone I remain
Unable to pursue,
The fading image
Of my memory of you.
