A woman lost in the dark of the night
As I walk down the street with no name, and no light.
On a cold dreary night, such as this.
I hear someone's footsteps behind me.
My heart begins to race, so I pick up my pace.
As I dare to glance behind me,nobody was there.
Nobody,but his shadow.
I realize that he is right around the corner.
As the vapor of fog gathered around him, I did not recognize his face.
As the vapor lifted, there he was.
The mystery behind the fog, that is now long gone.
The face.
As I looked into the eyes of the stranger,it was no
stranger at all.
It is my white knight in shinning armor.
My lover, my flawless one.
My husband.
As he wrapped his arms around me.
He felt me shiver, and he told me that there was
nothing to fear.
With his reassurance the fear was gone.
He gave me a passionate kiss, and we continued
with are silent walk home.
Engrossly in love.
