A poem about a troubled soul.
Broken Sorrow

Beautiful one,
beauty breaks,
his demons twist inside.

Arousing anger,
violence slips,
finds unrighteous pride

Tears of sorrow,
slip beneath,
regret can never heal.

More than bruises,
scar a heart,
no one else can feel.

Lover’s vow,
a promise breaks,
sorrowful, he weeps.

Troubled heart,
troubled no more,
for now, he gently sleeps.
