This is about a quarter life crisis and how it is to feel uncetain in your twenties
Tell me looking through the glass can you see the past, and everything you thought you would be.

Before your twenties and disappointments

Before school and work became too much

Back before all of that, back when you thought you had good luck

Did you think you would have money with a job that fits just right?  Did you think you would have a family with a wife that cooks every night?

Before you became realistic

Before you knew too much

Back when things were simple, wheels turning without a touch

Now you know that things are rarely as simple as they seem.  Loopholes and dead ends becoming empty dreams

Your glass has shattered now and fallen to the floor

Did you ever think your mirror would break?

I know I didn't
