The shadow will creep again. One of my oldest poems. For ReflectingEye
The Shadow

A sinful shadow creeps silently through your dreams.
You feel the chill of his frozen touch.
The bed creaks and moans in unwelcome eagerness,
as you feel his icicle rod, thrust deeply within releasing you.
Against your loathing and yearning.

You stroke the bloodly mist that smothers your innocence.
You are beside yourself with detestful desires.
Dreams linger in one's darkest places.
Shadows dwell where light doesn't touch.
The shadow cries into your ear,
shattering your childlike peacefulness.
Dreams become reality,
as you wake, naked, violated, and suddenly alive.

A sinful shadow is sated and spent.
Chanting songs of treachery and faithfulness.
His seed will soon grow,
and the shadow will creep once again.
