A poem about summer
Heat swells the summer day
Mornings are filled with chirps of a blue jay
Rain storms pass by a single cloud
While crickets call to each other aloud
with Summer skies light blue
and morning grass dew
summer passes fast
and in the fall you look in the past
at those wonderful summer days
with the sun rays
and the blue jays
and think only one more year
till summer is here
