No one can deny that the girl is a masterpiece... but does anyone remember the artist?
Puppet Boy

He thought she was a fairytale, with
Silken curls and poppy cheeks and
Baby smiles, until he saw
That she was all he made her.

They thought she was a revelation;
Captured hearts, just like that charm
She never was. Her poisoned words –
What happened to her mercy?

She thought she was a deity, her
Sickly curls and copied cheeks; that
Emblem, pray for man-made looks;
Just find a fool to make you.

None saw she was a china doll, with
Puppet boy to pull her strings. They
Never remember the artist, only
The painting, the empty painting.
