I Am A Whale Without Ivory

I am your whale song.
Balleen in museums decorataed with scrimshaw.
Graveyards boneyards.
Boney doorways to nowhere.
Ivory carvings.
Rest in peace.
Rest in pieces.
I am destroyed.
I will not fit in the cavernous maw of your ship
in Time.
O Captains Kirk.
There will be no answer.
