Was it love or sympathy?
I’ve severed disillusion,
Its pieces swept through my knees.
I saw a crimson pool permeate the floor,
A red carpet beneath her feat.

A breath of silence,
Forged the blood fall,
It was mini, horrific and flattering,
Camouflaged in the deranged blood pattern.

Her tears dilute the blood,
A waterfall for a blood fall.
I kneel beneath drenched in contradictions.
Is it love or sympathy?

When the tears are clear,
When the blood is gone,
Where is the answer to my question?
Is it love or sympathy?

A breath of silence,
Last time forged the blood fall,
This time,
The blood is gone. As am I.
