The death of happiness.
Murder lies in this house tonight,

Its made a visit here.

What's it like to take the life,

Of one you once held dear?

There's blood there now,

It's just the pain,

....the pain of many years.

It's rising up and screaming out,

It's ringing in my ears!

I've been a liar,

I've been a theif,

A murderer now I'm told.

That happy child I once portrayed,

A lifeless corpse so cold.

I miss the child, the happy one,

The one that I have killed.

It lies silent and no one knows,

For my soul is not revealed.

Behind these eyes,

Pure hatred lies,

And emptiness now remains.

For I have killed the happiness,

And all that's left is pain.
