the girl of his dreams..
My world is a masochist
She screams, crying tears
Of joy and heartbreak
No one stops to listen,
They are all too familiar
With thunder and rain

Can’t anyone appreciate her
Simplicities and understand her
Poetry, arrays of fiery golds and pinks
Spread across the sky, or her

Love for music, gentle
Curling waves of the deep ocean
Rolling onto the shores;
Notes singing as the water
Sifts back and forth and a chord
Pounding at each crashing wave

No, they could never
Grasp such a lovely detail
Crowds keep demanding more;
For her to adapt to their
needless advancements

She tries desperately to cling
To the beauty she knows, the
Beauty she creates with her heart
And mind, the beauty that she is
One day I plan to soar to and from
Each corner of the sky and
Sail across the ocean
I’ll take a breath, diving to

The deepest depths to maybe find
A decrepit sunken ship with a
Sacred hidden treasure
When I discover this I will
Express to my love how
Beautiful she is; that she is
Indeed my world
