A Love Song That Isn't About You

I’m wearing your old shirt
I’m thinking about someone new
Finally I can write a love song
That isn’t about you

I might even quit smokin’.
And I’ve got plenty of soul so I’m gonna sing the blues
And I knowin’ as many words as I do
I might just right a love song that isn’t about you
