What I believe the inside of my mind would be like.
Darkness falls
on those who welcome it.

I choose to embrace her
and lock her away.

Hidden and silent,
she meddles within the confines
of the forbidden in my mind.

She knows not what she does,
but Light is her enemy

Yet he is entranced by her,
the mysterious beauty
that casts her spells around him.

They tend to mix with one another
producing many offspring.

One that she keeps in chains
for if Anger is released
he would consume them all

for his sisters Love and Happiness
would not be able to soothe his soul

although their other sister Depression
would only egg him on

while the little girl with her mouth sewn shut,
a staple at her mother's side,
watches all of her siblings

carefully studying them
keeping the secrets of what is known
and what is not,

putting up barriers
hiding her mother, Darkness,
away from her father, Light.

He needn't rape her
for she doesn't love him
and is letting the Unspoken
whisk her away,

retreating from my inner most thoughts for the moment.
