Anther poem I wrote for a contest, made it to the finals ^^, but never won.
The Ever Knowing Moon

The Moon comes everyday.
But today it is awfully strange.
For that moon has seen many things.
The way the earth is, or the way it seems.

Sit down and hear me say many things.
Why do we (humans) do strange and silly things.
We hate war upon us, we want war upon them.
What ever happened to peace, love, and censorship.

Isn't it strange how the worlds a blur.
It's so fast, even to the majestic birds.
It seems today isn't over when tomorrow is at the door.
But today the world seems awfully strange.
Unlike almost anything.

But... I bet the moon could prove me wrong.
For it has seen many things, in many ways.
Or so they say above my grave.
