A poem about my true self, and overcoming deterence.
This was me at five, a shy and bashful child,
This was me at ten, nervous, worried, and riled.

This was me at fifteen, an innocent little prude.
This was me at twenty, snotty and so very rude.

This was me at twenty five, pregnant and scared,
This was me at twenty six, my baby's love I shared,

This was me at twenty seven, much more caring and relaxed,
This was me at twenty eight, my life in love completely axed.

This was me last Summer, still not following my heart,
But this is me Today, and I 'm making a huge new start.
