About a man strong enough to love a woman with Borderline Personality Disorder.
In times when it would've been easier to let go
to become just another friend turned to foe
you held on tighter with each night of disarray
and have shown more patience than I can repay

I tell you often, my ways may never fully change
there is an open door if you choose to disengage
but your a man whose strength cant be undermined
here to help me through every ailment of my mind

I make false accusations, instigate a dispute
in a diversion of fear, I seek a single untruth
still you never partake in my erratic behavior
selfless as always, your heart has yet to waiver

You help my aggression turn into peace of mind
see the good intentions that others cannot find
you're my best friend, and lover all in the same
the only man I'd ever want to share a last name
