The day is different but the dream the same- I try to fly but fall back again.
"Someday" he spoke solemnly, "I'll leave in haste,
Disheartened and wearing a look of distaste
For the deformity I once helped to shape-
With intentions too wanting to be for our sake.

‘Someday I'll choose love over hate,
Try to give, not always take-
To a Truth I will awake
To see joy not bourne from Pain,
And each arrogation held in vain."

"Someday." a softly whispered voice replied,
"Someday I too will leave in haste...
‘Till that day, we are ships
Set adrift upon waters
Harrowed by the hands of our decadent fate."
