These two poems are one item because they are completely the same besides the ending...
        "Nightmares"                                                              "Paranoia"

Pictures, pictures in my head                            Pictures, pictures in my head
Appear as lay down for bed                                Appear as lay down for bed
And when my lids together crash                        And when my lids together crash
Fateful images begin to flash                              Fateful images begin to flash

I dream of bloodthirsty maniacs                          I dream of bloodthirsty maniacs
I'm becoming an insomniac                                I'm becoming an insomniac
Nightmares long to hunt me down                      Nightmares long to hunt me down
Under the blankets I begin to drown                  Under the blankets I begin to drown

But then I hear a creaking sound                      But then I hear a creaking sound
Do I stay still or turn around?                            Do I stay still or turn around?
As I lay still towards the wall                            As I lay still towards the wall
I hear footsteps slowly begin to fall                    I hear footsteps slowly begin to fall

Breathing hard and breathing fast                      Breathing hard and breathing fast
I decide to turn around at last                            I decide to turn around at last
Then right there before my eyes                      Then right there before my eyes
A man leaps at me with a clown's disguise    It was just my dog in night's disguise

Then with the flash a mere knife                    He jumps up and lays down to stay
All my nightmares come to life                      And conciousness begins to fade...
