I'm not contagious but I am a dark angel of death
Screams of pain into the night,
No comfort words to say it's all right,
Sickness creeping into young ones souls,
Begging for a cure as another life goes,
Marked with death's kiss all the children must wait,
Until it's their turn to suffer their fate,
Both good and bad are victims to this,
Trying to save lives at a deadly still risk,
The virus is harmful, that much can be known,
Not one of the victims has aged or has grown,
Children all ages are poisoned to death,
Parents blaming themselves living on their regrets,
Ten little fingers, wrapped around a metal bar,
Bare cuts and dark bruises and many deep scars,
Darkness has taken the breath from their lips,
Strikes down without knowing with arrows poisoned tipped,
The killer is vile, the killer's unseen,
The killer is wild, the killer is me
I am a deadly poison,
Feel me coursing through your veins,
You’ll die from my potent venom,
And another life is slain.
