Delirious, but sensible, Writing
I am a writer,
Everyone basically is,
But like everything,
There is always a sickness!

What do you call it?
When you have been writing all day,
What do you call it?
When you start writing in a delirious way?
I call it writing fever!
That's what I have today!
When I seem to want to write about strange things,
Like bacon, a fish, or on how people are nowadays.

I call it writing fever,
It's a real sickness so stay away.
The person who told me,
I never believed her,
Now look what's happened to me today!

Bacon, it rhymes with taken!
I am sure taken away.
Fish, it rhymes with wish,
I wish I wasn't writing delirious this way.
People, don't get me started,
On how we are doing now I say,
Oh, I know eggplant!
That rhymes with rant!
Thats what I am on today.

It's contagious so watch out!
Look out for the delirious writer,
Oh and never doubt,
It happens.
