One of the many poems in my Book
My name is Boy Jesse and I lived the life of a slave
Captured, shipped off and auctioned so a profit could me made
I was put on a boat with 100’s and then set out across the sea
If only I’d known this would be my last day 2 call free
Many of them didn’t get there they merely died
But I chose a different route, I committed suicide.
