I wrote this for the Pond Poetry Contest, . Written in Boonstra Brain Function Form.
Do you see her steady tears, silently gliding down her face?
Can you help her be free of this desolate place?
Do you see the constant pain she keeps within?
The battle she loses once again.
So many wasted years,
numbing fears,
tears.
