Reflects broken promises in returning home to South Africa 4-years since writing TOMORROW
I'm back now in South Africa
four years ago since tomorrow
but tomorrow never came
the light I saw went dark
the hope was all but gone
not for a few
but for most I saw
wishing it was yesterday
not looking for tomorrow
just settling for today.
