Here are some of the reasons a young lady did not have a good first vacation.
A Sun-burnless Summer!

Sun burn! Sun burn!
I wish I could get a sun burn.
My skin is white as a sheet.
The summer time flies,
As my aching body tries
And I miss all the fun that is sweet.
First I had to work.
The duty I will not shirk.
Next I broke a rib,
Not my fault, I do not fib!
Next up a case of shingles,
Putting clothes on was more pain than tingles.
A bad hurricane named Flo,
Left me no where fun to go.
Finally I wanted to see my friend Jack
Before he went back to Iraq.
And now I see it’s fall,
I really need to recarpet my hall.
So it’s back to work I go
With no sun burn on my nose to show.

I only did this poem in fun. I know that too much sun on skin can cause cancer.
